I ate like a god throughout Liberia, and have not found anything resembling potato greens, palm butter with chicken or foo foo on the East Coast since my return. If you can provide an address or phone, I would ask Ms. Smith to prepare a meal which I would serve to my family in the Berkshires, without hesitation, at any price! Thank you.
