  1. I’ll second that emotion re: Charlie Nothing. Freedom is free! Nice to see you’re back on the Drag City promo list, and if I’m not mistaken you’ve just licked twice in consecutive months. 2010 is indeed lookin’ up (from the underground)!

    mark.

actually, the copies of these drag city LPs were ones we were gifted by the artists themselves. but lack of promos is never a good enough reason to ignore fine music, eh? we will endeavor to persevere.

  3. Never a good enough reason indeed! Had I ignored all but the cheap-as-free audio relics, I’d be ‘richer’ but my mind/ears’d be ‘poorer’. Not only that, but having Wayne Rogers on your roster will improve the batting average of any team.

  4. [...] Byron Coley and Thurston Moore talk about poetry and books about the Velvet Underground. [...]

Hi Byron -agreed, that version of “Wildegeeses” is simply heavenly – got to see that lineup (Hurley, Ida and TJO) in Troy, NY a couple years back – show for the ages.
Tangentially, is there a way to send you & Thurston download codes instead of 2 copies of an archaic object? – limited release of 100 is why- danke.

Your drugs my money? How did you get our cassette? glad you liked it. maybe a re issue on vinyl someday.
